Updating CoMon

well CoMon is packet logger released while ago but its outdated now .. how can i update its addresses so it can work with latest Version ?

we can use Ollydbg to edit the Addresses but the problem idk how . and what addresses should i update ... what am looking for is either Updated CoMon or Guide .. and surely Guide is Better but i hope sm1 help
