For making a multiclient read OllyDbg guide in this section, it got everything you need.
as for speedhack get a trojan with no effects, no blessing no luckytime nothing.
Use cheatengine and search for 0 it will give a lot of addresses when you get cyclone search for the value 128.
That will give you the address save the address and just add 128 to it in any programming language.
Now you will have a speedhack and it will d/c you if you jump to fast or run.
To make it non DC:
Patch the jump and run speed between jumping and running.
All i will say to help is a little tip and thats TimeGetTime, figure out which 1 sets the allowed jump and run speed if you don't know what to do with TimeGetTime then well can't help you.
