The proxy is written in c++ and it's API is in C#
It's fairly old, like right before monk release. A couple of changes and it should work on the latest patch though if you know what you're doing. Don't ask me to help you with anything, I'm not visiting the CO2 section on epvp again. Peace!
Login encryption isn't included since I used to do that through my website. I'll include the PHP class though.

I actually wasn't really that good at c++ too before I made gProxy and during the course of coding it (and rewriting it multiple times) I learned a lot.
