Help me please new to making my own private server

m kindda stuck on Stage 7 or Step 7 any one mind helpin me out?
Scratch that im stuck on stage 6 or step 6!
when i try to run NewestCOserver.exe it keeps saying this:
NewestCOserver.exe -.Net Framewirk Initialization Error
"Unable to find version of the runtime to run this application"

Anyone mind helping me out or giving me some advice please I would appreciate it very much!

Download and install all versions of the .NET framework to be safe, although you probably need either 3.5 or 4.0.

Thanks i got it now it comes up but says : "Server cannot start Database Folder does not exist" can anyone help me now?

One quick qustion anyone have any idea why it disconnects and turns off?
The Conquer.exe runs and then just dissconnets me when i try to log in. the Screen goes black and then closes..

my problem is that everytime I try to login it keeps closing my Server and it says that I keep getting Dc-ed
Please help me Asap.....
I can login and even pull up conquer.exe but when I do login my CO turns all black and then closes on its own. Then when I look on the server NewestCOserver.exe it keeps saying you've been disconnected. just thought u would want a better understanding of my problem.
