How To Add New Level In 5165?

Hi Guys
I'm Working On my server and level max is 141 and it's very hard to up 130-141 but 1-130 is very easy

i think to add, change exp rates i have to decrypt ExpNeed.dat (OldCODB) & Levelexp.dat In client am i Right?

well i'm trying to find an ExpNeed.dat decrypter & i didn't found

have some1 a .dat decrypter working for ExpNeed.dat , and another working for LevelExp.dat

i'm searching for 2-3 days and i didn't found, most of the LevelExp.dat decrypters aren't working

lolz value for the exp u must change in the server the client is only for the visual effect... and u dont need to add it in client files. But the most curious thing is why r u asking such question while pro is ur mentor o.O :O:O also the search button is visible for every memeber here.....

3-i know that client is only for Visual, but when the player don't see the % of level He Will not level up more ^^ ^^ ^^

Or you could just go to where it calculates the exp and do if(above 130) then exp/X
