Wondering about the hex on this and how to change the chance of quality upgrading....any help would be appreciated considering i dont know anything about how artisan wind works with hex
co still using binaries and there, you have a table where are stored all the chances of socketing or upgrading. you cannot hexedit this to change or view the chances

Make a backup copy of your Media.pk2
Open the hex editor and press ctrl+f
so you get the search window
