I made this totally bymyself and is far from finished. I shall only be adding login and I doubt I'll add NPC's, Portals, Maps, Jumping etc... This will just be a MySQL non biniary 5180 source. This will only contain a modified version of Impulses socket system and MySQL wrapper. Why? Because why not use the resources that are already there. I am unsure of the packet structure as for now.
1. I think that you should keep it to yourself and try and make something out of it. Maybe give it to a friend or two to experiment with and learn from it.
2. I don't think that you should release it here. If you're asking yourself whether you should or not, then it's probably not a good idea.
3. There's already a source out there right now that has the 5180 encryption correctly installed. All they have to do is copy it, and if they can't copy it then they shouldn't have it! =]

I would say dont release it but have people PM you saying why they want it and why they deserve to have it, this way there wouldnt be soo many leechers and also would be better for the community because if people want it they would have to work for it

Immune's source is basic enough that you could use any database you want... All it reads from bin db's is char/account/npcs correct? AFAIR that's all that's coded in the source so why not just make your own database structure for it?
That being said... Up to you who gets it but I'd suggest just handing it out to ppl who genuinely want to learn. Or if you wanna farm some thanks release it and then deal with 1000 nubs going "OMG THIS SOURCE IS BUG! xxxx SYSTEM NO WORK!"
