need help with a regpage for 5165

ok let me start off by saying i have done searched for a thread talking about this and found a few but none matched what i needed. i have a 5165 server that saves accounts and characters to navicat using sql but for the life of me i can't find a regpage that will work. all of the ones i have found that do work call for my putting them in c://appserv/www BUT when i do this no one is able to connect to the page so they can create an account. can someone please help me with this?

Non-Hamachi
1)
2) Port Forwarding (5816, 9958) I think
3) Use your global IP address to connect to the web page.

Hamachi
1) (Search for "Hamachi")
2) Download and Install it
3) Make a Hamachi room
4) Use your Hamachi IP to connect to the web page

Fyi... This has all been talked about many many many times, if you truly have searched then you would have found it.

yes i did search and i did find threads talking about 5165 regpages but none of them ever said what ports i need OR what ip i needed to use so i never really knew how to do it. plus thanks .Beatz you helped me out a whole lot because now i know what i need to check and look for. by chance would the url i needed to type in be 72.51.221.235 or 72.51.221.235:8080 or 72.51.221.235/index.php or what?

72.51.221.235 < < This will take you to index.php as default anyway

Either or they will both work as long as your index.php page is in the www folder under appserv.
