how i can setup conquer private server with Client 1000,1015 ??

The most common servers are 5165, 5095 and 5017.
This would be your best bet as I assume you have no experience in making a server.

if i download a private server using client 5095 and i setup server with it , it will work ?

You need to download a server and a client. Both have to be the same patch.

e.g you can't use a 5165 server source with a 5095 client.

There are plenty of guides on epvpers to help you out, I would suggest using one.

Also as you have a limited knowlege of c# I would suggest reading some c# tuts as well.
