Your Opinion. GUI NewestCoServer
Hi,
I'm pretty new to C#(and any other programming languages).
I started to learn C# programming. I made a GUI for NewestCoServer.
I would like you guys opinion, to comment on the GUI. I'm planning to release the source with the GUI. In my opinion a GUI is much easier to handle then a console window.
Anybody has some tips? Things like, add this to your GUI. Or couldn't you better do this... etc... Just for my learning Purpose
Everything you see on the picture works 100%. No Bugs in GUI(till now ).
This is my very first "little project" i've been on, so please don't flame
Going to Edit:
Spelling, wrong placed CAPITAL. Nothing big till now.
Working on:
Uptime counter, save by X.
P.S Some things on the picture are dutch... Will translate the dutch things before I will release it

Nice little project you got going on.
I ALWAYS approve of anything (useless or not) that lets people flex their talents and learn something new.
+t for self learning rather than just being content to leach or stagnate at a certain skill level.
I'd be of no use helping you with GUI's (never done them) but if you ever have some questions, lemme know and I'll be glad to do what I can. (assuming I have time X_X)

I hope you got some time
Just kidding. There is one thing I can't get to work.
It's important to close this GUI by using the Close Server button. If I close the server any other way... ALT + F4 Or just X... It won't save important data, and the process still keeps going on in the background. The only way to close properly is to Click Close Server button or task manager -> Process.
Now my question is... Is there a way, I can link a method to X or ALT + F4?
So It will always closes properly.
It would be great if you could tell me

An English translation would be irrelevant.

Yeah it's far from the final version. The capital letters in the middle of a phrase are just some imperfections. Maybe you could add my msn cause I really can use some help .

Thanks! That's what I was looking for.
+T
Currently I'm looking at how to make a uptime counter. A counter that start when server comes online.
I already had something like:
in timer1_tick method. (interval set to 1000)
{
int Uptime = 0;
label_uptime.text = Uptime++.tostring();
}
But in label it counts +2.
It starts at 2, then 4,6,8 etc...
But it has to be 1,2,3,4,5...
Any ideas?
Sorry for dubble post.

What do you exactly means?
You can use all console commands that you could use before...
/restart
/quit
/newacc
/account
etc.
But now I just simplified it. For example instead of /restart you can also push the restart button.

In your sig, Main has to be capitalized (unless you plan on manually modifying the IL entry point).
This is not @#$!ing Java
