That's not possible as far as I know. It's not a packet or anything sent from the server... screenies are taken completely client side. Most you could do is some sort of proxy^hooked dll client side to intercept server msg's and then have server send a specific msg packet that then causes a client side screenie to be taken. Huge amount of work for little/no purpose
