+15 thingy you have to edit in itemadd.ini in both client and source which the correct + calculator.
Their are downloads for tower and fan. You need to edit ani & ini itemadd.ini and item.txt or something
Create NPC is easy, depends which source you are using. if you have 5165 source you can always visit the link i will send you in PM to a npc guide.
