No Ninjas, No Horses

How can I remove Ninjas and Horses from my 5165? But still, so GMs can spawn their stuff and change their job by cmd. So this means removing them from the character selection. How do I do that and what else.

go back a version.. why in the world do u want to use the most updated if u dont want the features it offers?
