how to run more than server in same PC

hmmmmmmm guys my friend tell me there u can run two server same pc there u are setup other win like thats and when u on the win can run two server iam not understand any thing from them but he told to me u setup like a win make u run two server

we need to know how i can run more server in same pc
many people told to me you need more ip
ok then if i have more ip same pc how i can work two game server?
i think will say can't create socket or socket already used right?
and i see many people there work many server same ip
and other people say changed port ...how i can changed port in shell and server dat? and if i changed will work more server same pc other name server?

Vmware is what i had in mind, yes.
But a free example should be virtualbox or virtual pc(never really tried this one).

and yuph it requires two separate ips.

I use vmware mainly because i get it for free.
