Sorry, but I can guarantee you that an admin
isn't going to create a video guide on how to set up a generic Conquer Online server (which doesn't exist). There are too many servers that are all different and are set up differently. And then the admins here don't involve themselves at all in Conquer Online. There are video guides already for some servers... if you look for them.
Unfortunately, knowing programming is a requirement for running a Conquer Online private server. You can start with no programming knowledge, but you can't get around that requirement. You will have to work and know how to do your own research.
