open that up and then click the green arrow at the top of your screen also known as Debug I had this problem just opening up NewestCOServer and clicking debug fixed it all for me

Ah that is your problem

1. you MUST have C# for it to work lol
2. the Password=test you need to change that to your password when you installed mysql however try and install mysql as a LAST resort as I dont think you atually need it
