Not vouching for him (wouldn't vouch for anyone on the internet) but I worked with him for a short time and as far as I can tell, he's not a kind of person that would steal someone's money. Also, he's working for a server that I know and as far as I know, owner of this server is pretty satisfied with his services.
Just a side not, you Keyboard Warriors on c#, if you think conquer is any relevant those days you are wrong. You know what karma will do?
