Mystic Merchant - Drop rate in binary patch 5065

I have 2 questions related to conquer private server patch 5065 binary:

1- how can I change the real money item in mystic merchant .. I changed values in cq_action but still the user can buy the item with the old price

2- how can I change drop rate or drop item related to specific monster ?
