Looking For A PM

Hello.
I am looking for a good PM for one of me and my friends server.

We need one who can help us test through beta stage.

This server is non hamachi and hosted on a vps.

Requirements:
Atleast online 4 hours a day.
15 and over.
Conquer experience
Knows commands or can memorize them easy

Thats it.
