Adding lvl to lvl 200 in 5165

Can anyone guide me adding lvl in 5165 newest co server? i want to make lvl 200 hichest lvl. If this already release can anyone give me the link? and is there a release about enemy guild and ally guild in 5165 release?

Yeah you edit that but you gotta decrypt the encrypted epxneed.dat file in order to have it work
Try finding a decrypter
Maybe google it?

I Look and i tryed all .dat decrypter, and still not working.
