Forging in higher clients

Hi, quick question. I believe this is handled via the client but open to anyone willing to explain.

I purposely do not have the perfection feature working as I have no interest in it. I could remove the button via gui.ini but realistically, someone with a clean client would still see it. Though it doesn't work either way, it would appease my stress to find a way to keep the 'grayed' effect on perfection (regardless of player's level being under or over 110) and potentially apply that effect to the socket tab as well.

I assume its click prevention is handled through the client, but any ideas?

I know you can disable and enable the shopping mall using the

packet with action type 116. Maybe you can do the same with enabling and disabling perfection?

Hoping it is not automatically enabled/disabled like the text says... I really dont think that it can be controlled by the server. Also looking to do almost the same here anyway...
