wamp5 and appserv please help

wamp5 apache should be working and mysql shouldn't be, to start mysqladmin.
when i install appserv , wamp5 starts neither apache nor mysql
i'm to release the server tomorrow
any help

i managed to open apache by changing it's port in the config file
but i get server maintenance error
tried to uninstall appserv and installed wamp without changing the port and got the same error
