CPS and Mall

Hey all,

I was wondering how do i go about putting the cash shop and cps currency into my game, Im on 5165 client but its been removed previously and want to add it back

The currency you can change with the itemtype both in your source and in the client. The same goes for the Shop.ini file. The ShoppingMall(if that's what you're referring to) is "Shop 25" if I remember correctly. You could also find the shop by searching for the items being sold.

You would need to add a database column for saving CPs to a character. Then, you'd need to add the field to your character class on the game server and load the column from the database into that field. Then, you'd have to make sure the character starts with the right CP count on login which is the MsgUserInfo packet (1006). Then, you'd have to make sure that when the player uses CPs at a store, it gets processed correctly. Shopping mall is removed and added via a MsgAction packet (1010) on login.

I appreciate that you want my help in particular, but as I said in private multiple times now, email is the only way to contact me off the forum. Looking over all your recent questions, you don't seem to have an understanding of server programming or the layout of your source code. Nobody can help you until you do that, as we can't understand what you're looking at unless you understand what you're looking at. We can't help you unless you can first attempt to help yourself. I don't have time to mentor someone like that right now over Discord, either. We have a forum for that reason. It has answers and people who can help you through a process. I'm not trying to blow you off when I direct you here, I'm trying to get you the proper help you need, but you also need to make an effort before posting a question.

Secondly, i think im confusing you guys with what im trying to do so ill start again,
Basically I have a very good understanding of the source im working on (The One That Doesnt Have Cps/Shopping mall) As that has been completely removed from the source,

Now im having to look in other sources like redux for example for the packets for cp currency and the shopping mall, as im still learning packets and stuff at the minute, and just wanted a bit of direction on finding it.
