If you want to learn python, I suggest this site

, they teach a pretty high amount of things.
If you want to learn about Conquer you should try this site

, it's a contribution by multiple Server developers from this forum to help understand/learn while working on a CoServer.
As for C#, you could try any source here and start fixing it, that's currently what I am doing. I'm a beginner and any question I have, I ask for an explanation in here. Some people will explain things and some might be rude, but you could go past those comment and try your best. A lot of the things are easily found through the source's references and definitions, but sometimes you might not understand something and might need to get a helping hand.
For Client related stuff, you should use the search option. There are many different ways to edit the client and different encryptions of a lot of things, yada yada yada…
Good luck to you and as a recommendation I would say try a source from Spirited's sticky

list. Personally I enjoy pro4never's Redux V2
