Trying to setup a server(Pheonix Source)

Alright so im finally back from a break and am trying to set up this server again. The source im using is the Pheonix source (Conquer World) posted by user pintinho12. When i run the login and message servers i get an error in the message server console saying "Problem with receiving a packet from the server on the" if anyone knows how to solve this id appreciate some help.

Shift + Delete Click YES Problem Solved.
