Port 3306 is Default MYSQL port not a account server port, just like Spirited stated.

alright i changed the account server port and now the error changed to something with the packets. i thought the account server was meant as the database because thats where the accounts are my bad.

That source has been released working fine. Did you change anything inside the base sockets?

No, but i rebuild it after every edit i do to it. Idk if that could have messed with anything. Ill open a fresh version and try again to double check

UPDATE: i used a clean version of the db and transfered the cfgs and shell from the other one and it gives me the same error

Also in your tutorial it shows you edit some stuff in LoginServer>Networking>Login>ServerSocket but that is not in the db, there is LoginServer>Network>LoginServer>LoginSocket but it is still not the same file as what you opened in your tutorial, i get that it was a long time ago and you probably changed things but this may be the problem im having.

Don't change anything inside the sockets, everything has been done to work with the ini and dat files. I had some issues with the Client application when I was developing but I thought they were fixed. But, I aint editing that code anymore. All I can do is set up the source once again and record. But I'll be doing that at night, because I'm going to work now.

all your work and help is much appreciated, im sorry for whatever reason mine is being difficult even though there are plenty of people who have had no issues :/
