ok im editing the 140 sheild (beleive its the 140 might be a diff lvl) but i was wondering if there is a way i can make it into a lvl 137 such as which codes i would need and what id have to do to the dds file any help would be thankful

I'm guessing you're talking about the 120 Dragon Shield, ifso its in ItemType.dat, just search for DragonShield, and change the level to as you wish

You'll also have to do some database working, then again it depends on the source.

no im not talking about the lvl 120 dragon shield im not stupid im talking about this shield

you need to decrypt the itemtype.dat then change level on the item in it.
Then after you need to change level in source.
Then encrypt the itemtype.dat again
Now you just need someway to get the texture

this was originally set to level 130 in real conquer, although they never officially released it. information is all in itemtype.dat, DragonStar released a itemtype.dat decryptor in which you may change the foreign encryption to readable text, then you may change the level. also depends on the source you are using.
