And they are hidden so you cant see them.
how do i get them??
I have the ids, but i cant get textures/effects.

I have a complete pacth of all shorts of 135+ items for all classes thank to neber
And download the pacth they have if they dont got one download there client

Of if your meaning where to find these items in the client

Go to c3/textures

I knwo where to get it.
But is hidden files.
So i cant get them >.<
There is only some that knows it and
they say is secret :S
And they got all items custom, since they was first with 135items >.<

Use a wdf extractor search for it unknown released it
