Conquer with xampp V6000+

I have a doubt and I would like to have an answer.
How can I create a private server of Conquer with XAMPP? I have a VPS where there are hosted servers, MU Online and other games that make use of XAMPP. When I try to open my server I got this error

You haven't started the database, google: how to start a mysql database. If you learn from that, you will know what the problem is.
