Hy all anyone can help me for add new garms effect on my server thx

All you need to do is head to Action3DEffect.ini then to add the effect you need to type in 999.999.***.xx0=effectname the x's should be the item's ID. For example the item ID is: 194219, then it should look like this 999.999.194.210=effectname. Do keep in mind though that you need to replace the last number of the ID with a 0.

As far as the effects go, you just need to find the effect you want in 3DEffect.ini then paste the exact name of the effect and it should work.
