, which are illegal and not permitted here (read the section rules). If you're looking for a C# server, that isn't associated with TQ Binaries at all (we have
for this if you bothered reading section titles). Keep in mind though:
you cannot run a private server without programming experience. If you have no programming experience, join an existing private server instead. It's free and effortless to join someone else's server.
Edit: Also, requesting TQ Binaries isn't permitted here either. It falls under "requesting warez" (board rules).
