Or, you can use elementary school pre-algebra and come up with a calculation that best imitates the chance. You can also search on the official forums for Conquer Online and see what others say about what they think the chance is / should be.

I got it working perfectly on World Conquer Project, also I think I got it from p4n source or from Demons Source.

Mine was ripped from nt3's source which was ripped from the official CO source leaks they should all be pretty much correct.
