To be honest, there is a rule that says dont be offensive towards other members of the forum, if someone finds excessive swearing which is what that is, swearing for no reason at all, offensive, then they are well within their rights to report it.

Ive reported quite a few people for being needlessly offensive.

Yeah, thats not what i said lol, i said that people can find swearing offensive, especially when its completely unneccassery.
