Hello! My artisan wind not give socket when upgrade whit mets or db. where can i find full code for a good artisan wind?

Well, follow these steps.
1- Open Constants.cs
2- Ctrl+F into the class itself, type " SOCKET_RATE "
3- This code will show up, change the rate as you wish.

 
            SOCKET_RATE = .10,

You better test it first before you begin.

Example

 
            SOCKET_RATE = .50,

Still not working i put 10.0 and no socket i thing smth is missing coz i can't find artisan wind in source...

It's a percentage rate, every time you higher the rate you have a higher chance to get sockets.
That's it so simple, try to write 500 with no dots and you will get one socket with every Meteor you use or Dragonball, then two sockets.

if not working on 10.0 Make it 100 or higher than 100. that is the Rate of socket.

just find where the UpgradeItem Code place so you can study it's function.
