The experience of my server is too high I would like for the original experience if possible I would appreciate.

I'm sure there are a lot of public sources around here with a correct implementation of the experience gained. Just take a look around.

I like people who not of it by hand for free ... I searched some sources the most are modified the experience beyond that is that I do not quite know how the original experience still required or if you want to show me one source would be grateful.

Change the experience rate in the database? Configuration -> Experience
