Duplicate entry means exactly what it says... you have two items both with the same key. Make sure you don't use the same key twice and you'll be fine.

I get this error when I try to debug solution. It says that could not find a part etc.. But the problem is that the souls.ini is in that place where it says that it isnt.
My program.cs (line42 and line43)
