help : 404 forbidden

Hello.

I use wamp, and everything works fine. But when my friend try to go to the website of my server he gets this message:
404 forbidden
For me the website just works fine.
How can i solve this?

can you give me a little more information on the website.

globally: your friend somehow can't reach the file he's requesting, so make sure your server is set up right

404 forbidden doesn't exist. It's 403.

Edit. I misunderstood.

Check in the httpd.conf for

<Directory />
    AllowOverride none
    Require all denied
</Directory>

If you find it, change to this

<Directory />
    AllowOverride none
    Require all granted
</Directory>

If it's not that, Search.
