Is it binaries ?
Is it LOTF ?
Is it CoEmu ?

Which language is it written in ?
Which client do you use ?

I know that bug, that bug is caused by you gaining the item, the server has been rebooted in the meantime of the item claim period, I suggest if you don't want this bug to move to CoEmu and then you can fix all this
