Looking for a register page for Redux

I have been searching for 2 hours trying to find a redux register page or something i can mold in to one, and i have been unsuccessful does anyone have one? Please do no reply us the search function because i wouldnt be posting if i found it.. I went threw 30 pages.

Websites aren't made for an particular version as sources for clients.
You don't have to know advanced php, you only have to understand how it works and handles mysql part.

That code is ABSOLUTE ****, the fact that he is still using a removed library says enough about his knowledge of the language.
