[HELP]Please fix my error

Hello everybody!
I have a error for install Microsoft Visual C# 2005/2008.
My computer info:
-Win XP Professional
-SP2
-.NET FRAMEWORK 3.0

Can install it? why? Becouse i need enable bits 2.0 i dont know why : (.

Myabe this will help you.

Start> Run> Services.msc, double click BITS and set it to Automatic, then Start, then Apply.

Or this:

1.

Click Start, point to Administrative Tools, and then click Services.
2.

In Services, double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service.
3.

In the Background Intelligent Transfer Service Properties dialog, choose Automatic for the Startup type, and then click Start.
4.

Click OK to close the Background Intelligent Transfer Service Properties dialog.

ITS WORK!!!!

Here a guide for PPL user:
1.

Start> Uruchom > wpisujemy "Services.msc" (kliknij dwukrotnie ikonę "Usługa inteligentnego transferu w tle" i ustaw na Automatic, aby wlaczyc wcisnij OK.)

2.

Start> Panel sterowania > Narzędzia administracyjne > Uslugi > Znajdz usługe "Usługa inteligentnego transferu w tle" > kliknij dwukrotnie LPM i ustaw na automatic > zastosoj i ciesz sie bo to koniec!
