There are 2 tools i know them
First one :

Second one :

i need the second one which convert the file to .txt extension
but also reverse it to .dat extension

The first one is all you'd ever need.

Also the file is not encrypted so if you need the data for something more fancy just use a binaryreader to access it.

but i don't need binaryreader , i need writer.
