#1: You are looking for a source, not a client. The source is the server software, the client is simply the version of conquer that players will use to access your server.

#3: that being said no source is complete nor should you expect one, you should be learning to add to sources/make your own over time. Look at the source, read the examples on here and mostly, TRY THINGS! Make backups of your source and then try adding new things yourself. Before you know it you will be able to be moderately effective at changing things around on your server, adding new things, taking old things out etc.
