help with PServer

i am looking for a PServer with normal EXP rate, huge gold drops and CP drops, unlimited LOTTO, talismans, steeds, and no ninja's with all quests. can anyone help me out?

as far as i know there is no server like that...the closest one to it is qonquer since there is only 2-3 servers with steeds. Qonquer has norma EXP, normal drops, talismans, steeds, all quests + more, and ninjas.

Other one that has steeds is Project Manifesto but its pure PvP
