Im having an issue with new characters lvl 1, cnt attack any NPC in game. They can use skills but AA doesn't do anything sort of dmge. But my GM char I created while back works fine? Any ideas on where I should look for the problem?

Well the problem was lvl 1-3 does no auto dmge to NPCs.
EDIT**
After lvl 3 it does 2 dmges. I guess a way to solve this is make every new characters start at lvl 15? Where shud I llook for that. Thanks
