its a .gif image (image with multiple frames to make a moving image), you first have to make all the frames (using multiple images) then you have to use a photo editor that allows importing frames for .gif (like ImageReady)

You choose the option "Import folder as frames" and set the interval between frames, export to a .gif

You can make them using the animation on photoshop, it's quite simple.

thats what im talking about, if u make it customly then you wont get the dumb words in the bottom corners which makes it look like ur a super duper noob
