Looking for server

Hey guys , im looking for some nice LowRate server , any patch (ill still dl You`rs client xD)

I wish it will be low exp rate (like 5x the best )

With some nice DB Drop rate (like 1db per 10-100 kills)

And some players online to have fun etc

I would appreciate all the help
