As tao said, LUA is a scripting language, but it's very common, I even think WoW uses it.
Well, the description is in the word itself really, a programmer can create programs, easy as that. It's just different levels of it.
Let's say you can only create a console who say Hello World - you're still a programmer.
Let's say you play football but can only shoot at left - you're still a football-player.
That's my point of view atleast.

A programmer's primary computer language (Lisp, Java, Delphi, C++, etc.) is often prefixed to the above titles, and those who work in a web environment often prefix their titles with web. The term programmer can be used to refer to a software developer, software engineer, computer scientist, or software analyst. However, members of these professions typically possess other software engineering skills, beyond programming; for this reason, the term programmer is sometimes considered an insulting or derogatory oversimplification of these other professions. This has sparked much debate amongst developers, analysts, computer scientists, programmers, and outsiders who continue to be puzzled at the subtle differences in these occupations.
Wikipedia is a good source. But like the definition of a programmer because that is what you are not a coder.

My Answer:
Yes
I can code some advanced things not just for private servers and basic things. Though to tell you the truth age shouldn't be an excuse ( Hybrid proves it there. )

I've never used it as a Excuse, I'm just saying I'm 14 so I've got a lot of spare time, so I can spent a lot of time on learning to code. And age does have to do with coding. I think coding involves memorizing stuff but mainly you need to be able to think on a logical way. If you know what should happen, and you know how to let the computer know what he should do.

What you say is true however the way we think about logic is very rarely how a computer does. Therefore computer languages have their own sense of logic and in order to be a good programmer you have to be able to relearn "logic" and inturpert it the way a computer would understand it. That being said, age shouldn't matter at all in fact if it wern't for the fact that you need good math skills you could theroreticly teach C++ to a five year old easily because the younger you are the less you know about logic and reason and the easier it is to tech logic in a different way.

I started to take algebra before I was even 9. This made things easier when I started to program!
So I agree with you kasene.

#Disagreed.
That's not true, a 5 year old wouldn't be able to learn C++ faster, only learning Languages and such is easier for them, but coding isn't.

You are capable of learning most around that age.
