[QUESTION]My Hosting company problem

Well im useing Vpsland to host a 5095 server yes its tq bin.. Someone was spaming login for like 2-3days with there spamers like 10going and now all our bandw is used up and they want to reinstall the server but wont let me get my server files.. Anyone know if they can even do that?

I guess all the wrong you've done has come back to haunt you.
But you have no case Vpsland has no right to keep your files, but the tq binary files don't even belong to you.

Also why does your signature say custom source when your using bins?

Can't win them all.
