if u want tolearn basic html in a few steps u can learn it on i found a guide that will teach u a large range of html in less the 14 steps

You need to be using some other type of code with HTML because HTML doesn't process into databases it is just the form.

exactly what project said, html is the design,template,etc. While other languages like php,etc can access databases and servers.
