Making Server in A WAY! need some help may pay READ ON.!!!

Ok Right This is it.

Im trying to make a LEGAL conquer server i will pay for server expenses and
i might need extra money from people who can donate.

im looking to slowly not instantly just change everything so i need people to make me A LOT of custom weponds , Characters and maps i will be helping with what i can

and someone to actully help me design the server im mainly looking for people i might be able to phone so people from UK would be better but i dont mind world wide im hopeing if it kiks off to pay too
this will take months if not a year to make fully im not stupid
but anything with C++ or who has allrdy started making a server or knows how to help me E-mail me on : + add the same to msn
once this is up i have a lot of ideas for everything and once the codeing has been fully remade but still set on an ide of a conquer server and its all legal so we can keep it open without TQ complaining im hopeing i can make a game that is full of bugs like conquer online we know but i need
just people who can:

Make Maps! + Mini Map
Custom Characters But still the basic ( Archer tao warrior ninja (maybe) and trojan
Custom monsters
NPC's
But MAINLY
SOMEONE WHO CAN DESIGN THIS SERVER TO DO ALL THIS
I WILL PAY THE PERSON TO UPDATE THIS ALL THE TIME ONCE IT ALL KICKS OFF
THTS WHY ILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH CONTACT AND EVERYTHING SO WE CAN BUILD THE GAME AND THE TRUST!

where talking its all for fun at first the 2nd it looks all good and the games making enough money to run its self then we will start giving cuts out it coudl take upto a year but if the games working fine and its all refurbished and its legal proof where tlking a nice month big cut! but its a lto of work!

No, You said you will pay, How much are you paying? I'm not going to wait a month to get nothing especially from a person who just joined like today. If you want legal conquer I need you to get your attorney and I will get mine. Then we will talk real and money. You can also learn how not to get sued. Thats called Legal Conquer. Not I want to make money off a private server. That's just pathetic.

@OP: You can never make a "LEGAL" Conquer in the U.S. (or possibly other places) unless you have permission from TQ Digital/NetDragon Websoft.

Ya ur right u will need permission from TQ Digital before u can make a Legal Conquer Private Server. Also some of the conquer private which currtly r getting treat from TQ saying they will take legal actions if they don't shutdown btw i am not sure if thats still going but thats wat i heard from other ppl.

and i know thats why where getting conquer the person ive got to help me allrdy has made 95% of a server hes finishing the rest today / tomorrow where opening an illegal version of conquer private server on an invite only basis while we re do everything

im talking to make it legal so you dont need tqs permission
where re writeing everything AKA

every single sprite
GRAPHICS
MAPS
and then we will personalise all the files and codeing and log in screen untill
everything is totaly rewritten
thats why its gonna take months upto a year but where gonna stick to the ideas of conquer
and make it totally legal

we need need people who can :
Edit the servers ( all ready have one)
make custom Maps
Make custom Graphics - might need a lot of people who can do this as theres so much to do
Make a custom client log in!!!
etc...! u get the idea just get my e-mail anyway and it will pay if it sets off properly when we open the private server just add me to msn or something and ill explain more if you need to!

well where opening a private co server within the net 7 days hopefully but its invite only system

untill we make it all legit

so we want at least 20 people useing it for now just to check for errors and stuff then where slowly going to rename and change the whole of every map includeing market twin city etc...

then all the weapon graphics and we just need people to help do this once everything changed we will opent he server publicly and start paying to host a proper server we just need people who want to help out and once we get it fully online we will start paying people to make the interface a lot better but for now we just want simple and plain things just so its all new so TQ cnt complain!

for example say the club or blade

Lvl 1 balde has 5 graphics Normal Refind Unique Elite Super
then lvl 5 blade has another 5
etc... all the way to lvl 130
thts what we need newe graphics for then the same for clubs and stuff
its gonna take months to do but any help would be nice!

By changing the graphics or maps and some other stuff, you think that will make it legal?
The only way you can make it legal is with the permission of TQ, otherwise every single file you use whether its a picture or a client is copyrighted by TQ NetDragon Websoft.
I say ur dream of making a legal conquer private server ended before it started.

So your saying your just going to make the exact same thing that CO has just edit a couple things? Sounds like copyright to me which means it will be illegal either way.
